Frank Sullivan reads the New Yorker

Frank Sullivan reads the New Yorker

"There must be some mistake here. I can't bring myself to believe this party is for me."

But the party was for him. On Dec 1, 1959, Frank Sullivan, The Sage of Saratoga, was honored at a celebration at the New Worden Inn. The occasion,... publication of his newest book, The Moose in the Hoose. Sponsored by the Friends of the Saratoga Springs Public Library and attended by friends and colleagues from all over the United States, Frank,- humorist, writer, sage,- opened his speech that night with these words.

This exhibit honors the life and works of Frank Sullivan by showcasing some of the items he donated to the Saratoga Springs Public Library and the Saratoga History Museum.
