Saratoga County Jewry History Project
After Florence Susman's death in 1981, Sophie had continued to work on the project for the next 19 years. On October 12, 2000, Sophie Goldstein officially donated the Oral Histories of the Jewish residents in Saratoga County to the Saratoga Springs Public Library.
In her remarks, she shared....
The project started with frustration, anger and resentment.....it ended as a labor of love.
